Shipping & Returns


Goods are delivered to selected countries within Europe from Helsinki, Finland. Typically goods will be shipped within 48 hours (2 business days) from ordering. Orders are delivered by Shipit and its partners. Delivery time is usually 1-3 business days, depending on your location. The shipping cost is always shown in the shopping cart at the checkout. The complete list of the countries which we deliver to, with their respective delivery costs, can be found here. If you cannot find your country on the list, please email us and we will do our best to arrange shipment for you.

All of our products are available online or can be found at select retail locations in Finland. Please note that we do not take orders by email or by phone. In case you did not receive an order confirmation after your order was placed, please email us.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you for some reason are not satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return your order within 14 days from the order date. We will refund products only if they are unused in original, undamaged condition. The products must also be in the original packaging, including all tags. Once we have received and accepted your return, we will make a refund of the value of the returned product. Please note, return or exchange shipping costs are at the customers own expense.

Only regular priced items can be returned, sale items cannot be returned. All returns for items purchased at need to be returned to us. Return items that are used or damaged will be returned to customers at their own cost.

For return and exchange packages, please ensure that your package has enough postage paid. We will not accept returns or exchanges where the postage is not fully paid. For all returns, please use the return form found here.

Here’s how you return:

  1. Fill out the return form.
  2. Pack the product and attach the filled return form.
  3. Address the package with sufficient postal paid to the following address: FINNEKO Oy, Ingankuja 5A, 02700 Kauniainen, FINLAND.
  4. Ship the return to us and wait for our confirmation.
  5. You will be refunded as soon as we have received your return and we have approved the refund.

All additional return or exchange shipping costs are at the customers own expense.


If an order sent to you is returned to us as undeliverable, we reserve the right to add the shipping and processing cost to the expense of our customer. Non-collected packages are not covered by the right to return items as well as not seen as a returned order.


If for any reason in the unlikely event that the product is faulty or damaged, please email us within 7 days of receiving the package. Please include your name, your invoice number and a short description of the issue. We will then advise you further on how to proceed. We will carry the shipping and exchange costs for faulty products.
